Goodbye Daddy (Farvel Far) (About false incest charges)
'In 1999, a court order prohibited the airing of a controversial documentary exposing critical flaws in the application and procedure of justice in Denmark. This was done on the grounds that one of the girls in the documentary was visible in the recordings allegedly compromising her privacy. The girl in the documentary however, was blurred out, her voice made unrecognizable and every form of personal data was removed. Still the court persisted in their prohibiting this documentary from being shown.
The court, with this judgment, disregarded years of guidelines, related to privacy and the free press. The forbidden documentary "Goodbye Daddy" had utilized a hidden camera, and showed how these applications and procedures in conjunction with false accusations of incest and other forms of abuse, are often used as weaponry during disputes over visitation and custody rights.'

In 2012 you still can't even get insight in the acts, when real attempt of incest was made in denmark!
I wanted insight in acts from 1993 when a civil servant in denmark walked into my home and attempted to commit incest to my - then 13 year old daughter!
I was refused insight and appealing all the way up the danish system.....in the end a young woman from the appeals board simply just laughed at me...saying that I should have realised by now, that they will never give me this.
Involved in the case was a judicial officer and a judge...who might needa better position...oth of them and, apparently this is the wy to et it in the little Country...
Back when this happened, the judge and his - female - secretary, threatened me, that if I involved the police the judge would make sure, my daughter would be taken away from me...
I no longer live in the Country and, never will!! Too rotten human wise!
This documentary doesn't surprise me at all....I assume this is only tiny percentage of what really goes on....
